One of the many “complaints” I’ve heard from other network marketers is that their team isn’t motivated.
There are times in business where your team may need a kick in the butt- but how do you do that?
What I’ve seen a lot of so called leaders do is pull their team together in a meeting, or on a conference call to give some “motivational speech” to “corral the troop spirits”! Unfortunately, this hardly ever works. You can’t just give a great speech or talk to move your team members into action.
